New Customers Before we start cleaning at a new site, an Area Manager will visit with the Cleaning Operative(s). At a time convenient to you, we ‘walk the building' to ensure that the scope of the job is fully understood by all parties. Contracts We do not ask our customers to rush into signing a long-term contract. We have absolute confidence in the work we carry out and operate on a month-to-month rolling contract. You sign a contract when you are ready. Ongoing Supervision A senior member of the PCS Ltd Management team visits our customers on a regular basis to check at first-hand the quality of work that is being carried out by our Operatives. This pro-active approach to Customer Service means that we are able to identify and resolve issues before they become serious and take up your time Besides the usual, regular contact from our Area Managers and Management team, PCS Ltd operate a Comments Log system at all client sites. This provides an ideal, ongoing means of communicating between Cleaning Operative, Customer and PCS Management. Our uniformed staff are all NVQ (Cleaning & Maintenance) trained, or in the process thereof and are subject to the usual police/criminal record checks. |
