Founded in January 2002, Preferred Contract Services Ltd was initially a domestic cleaning company, but by the end of the first year of trading, the family run cleaning company had moved entirely into the commercial contract cleaning arena.

Preferred Contract Services Ltd has grown both in geographical scope and also in the range of services offered to commercial customers. Besides our key business of office cleaning we also provide deep cleans, power washing, window & carpet cleaning and a full range of hygiene/washroom services.

We service the sites of over 80 commercial clients and are continuing to grow our customer base. Our turnover for the coming 12 months (to April 2011) is £0.75 million.

Preferred Contract Services Ltd has come a long way in a short period of time, however, we remain passionate about the basics - delivering the best levels of service to our valued customers.
